Symbol: compile/delq

Syntax: (delq SYM)

Use-case: Delete the binding named SYM from the current scope. The form evaluates to None.

Behaviour: Requests the variable name, emits VAR_CLEAR, then pushes CONST None.

Examples:

(delq temp)
