arg; else advance PC.Invariants: Jump locality for target.
Compiler form: Pre-compile arg = string label; post-compile arg = pc.
Example: Jump if TOS is false (e.g. “else” branch). Pool: 0 = False, 1 = 42, 2 = 0.
